Deliveries and returns

The countries served in terms of delivery are:

Belgium, Luxembourg and mainland France.

For all orders over €100, Nuits Paradis offers delivery.

We undertake to deliver the goods ordered on the site www.nuitsparadis.com as soon as possible following receipt of your payment. The approximate processing time for an order is approximately 3-5 business days.

DURING THE LAUNCH PERIOD, THE TIME COULD BE A LITTLE LONGER, ACCOUNT BETWEEN 5 TO 10 WORKING DAYS.

The Products ordered will be sent to the address you indicate during the ordering process or to the collection point of your choice. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address.

For home delivery, if the recipient is absent when our transport provider arrives, the package will be left at a collection point near the delivery address. In this case, the customer will be able to collect the package within 10 days upon presentation of an identity document and the delivery notice. At the end of this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We decline all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the absence of the recipient of the package or its failure to collect it within the time provided for this purpose.

When we are prevented from executing the contract by a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event as defined by Belgian jurisprudence or by a foreign cause, in particular a fault attributable to you, the delivery period is automatically extended by depending on the duration of the impediment. We will inform you by e-mail of the occurrence and termination of such impediments. If the impediment lasts more than six (6) weeks, each party will have the right to terminate the contract automatically, without you being able to claim compensation from us.

For the return ?

If unfortunately certain products in your order do not meet your expectations, only products returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging will be accepted, upon receipt of the package, will be replaced within 14 working days from receipt of the package.

The customer must send photos of the damaged products and the shipping box by email to contact@nuitsparadis.com , mentioning their order number.

Return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.

The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging and plastic, unsealed and unused, otherwise a refund cannot be made.

Any packages for which no element allows the sender to be identified (surname, first name, address, order number) cannot be returned.

Return packages take between 5 and 10 working days to be delivered to us after deposit. We advise you to keep your tracking numbers carefully.

Once your package is received, allow our logistics team a few days to process your package. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been approved and processed.
