How often are products restocked?

We do our best to quickly offer new stock but we depend on product availability.

How can I be informed of new stocks?

I placed an order. When will she arrive?

Preparing an order takes 1 to 3 business days. Then, the order is processed according to the shipping method and destination country you have selected. This within 2 to 5 working days for France and Belgium, or 3 to 10 working days for other countries. Take into consideration that these deadlines could vary during promotions, holidays, public holidays or even limited edition launches. For more information, you can refer to the “Delivery” section. What shipping method is used?

For the moment orders are exclusively processed by Mondial relay.

You have the choice between home delivery or Relay point.

When confirming the order, the user is instructed to specify the chosen Relay point. In the absence of details from the buyer, the package will be sent to the Relay point closest to the address you have provided.

I sent an email to customer service, when can I expect a response?

Our goal is to respond to you within 48 hours. This time frame may vary during the launch of a limited edition.

Can we return an order?

If unfortunately certain products in your order do not meet your expectations, only products returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging will be accepted. Only damaged or missing products will be replaced within 14 working days of receipt of the package. The customer must include photos of the products upon receipt in the return package.

The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging and blister, unsealed and unused, otherwise a refund cannot be made.

Return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.

Any packages for which no element allows the sender to be identified (surname, first name, address, order number) cannot be returned.

I have not received my order confirmation. What should I do ?

Order confirmations can be sent within 24 hours depending on the level of demand. If, however, you have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact our customer service by sending an email to:

The order is considered final from the moment the customer confirms it.
